What are they?

100's & 1000's, also known as nonpareils, are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a classic matt finish. These ones come in red, white and blue, giving you an even, all-over coverage that's easy to scatter and looks great on any bake.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for royal occasions, VE Day, the King's Birthday, street parties, cupcakes, cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or press them around the sides of a cake for a classic finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E131. Glazing agent; beeswax.
