Rich, deep aubergine with a soft shimmer.

What are they?

Glimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a deep aubergine purple.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Halloween, autumn bakes, elegant celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E120, E132, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
