What is it?

Sparkling sugar is coarse sugar coated in a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. This one comes in black.

What can I use it on?

Perfect for Halloween, black and gold themes, gothic bakes, cupcakes and cookies. Sprinkle it over buttercream, icing or cookies before baking, or use it to rim drinks and add sparkle to desserts.
