What are they?

Glimmer stars are star-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These mini stars come in a bright shimmering green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas, St Patrick's Day, jungle themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a starry finish.

Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours; E101, E171, E133. Glazing agent; shellac.
