What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in a bright rainbow mix and are suitable for vegans, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthday cakes, kids' parties, vegan bakes, cupcakes, cookies and ice cream. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, inverter sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E102, E129, E162, E133, radish, blackcurrant and apple concentrate. Flavour; vanilla.

Allergens
