A bright rainbow of sugar crystals.

What are they?

Sugar crystals are coarse, coloured sugar that adds crunch and bright colour. These come in green, red, white, orange, pink, blue and purple.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthday cakes, Pride celebrations, kids' parties, cupcakes and cookies. Sprinkle them over buttercream or icing, onto cookies before baking, or use them to rim drinks.
