What are they?

Sugar crystals are coarse, coloured sugar that adds crunch and bright colour. These come in red, white and green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and mince pies. Sprinkle them over buttercream or icing, onto cookies before baking, or use them to rim drinks.
