What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in a dark chocolate brown, made with cocoa for a chocolatey flavour, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for chocolate cakes, brownies, hot chocolate, ice cream sundaes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Sizes available

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Icing sugar [sugar, starch], un-hydrogenated palm fat, maize starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Glaze [glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum, sugar].

Allergens

Products may be manufactured on machinery that produces products containing milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soya, nuts and peanuts.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac).
